this isn't expensive and people really think you've you know done something major for them you really can do it with any kind of nut And what I do is I roast the nuts put them on a cookie sheet I put them in a 350 degree oven and I roast them it's usually about ten minutes until they turn kind of golden And then when they come out you toss them quickly with some truffle oil and some truffle salt you let them cool and then you can store them you know in a can or in a jar the way you would any kind of a cocktail nut but they're fabulous Alright let's see Yup They're perfect OK cause they'll get a little darker as they cool But before they cool what you wanna do is you wanna take some of this fabulous truffle oil this is black truffle oil which smells great which is better because they're hot anything to do with white truffles should be on a room temperature product you don't want it really seriously heated So alright so we have that was the truffle oil and this is truffle salt You wanna be very generous with the truffle salt I'm gonna toss them around OK now we're just gonna leave them to cool and once they're cool they're just gonna be fabulous So there you have them you can make any number of these they'll keep a very long time You can refrigerate them once they're cool if you want them to keep longer although be sure to bring them to room temperature before you eat them Let me take a tiny bite to see Mmm yeah they're very truffly there they are waiting to be eaten yum
